House Boat experience in Kerala was not very good. My understanding was that we will get a boat with only two bedrooms exclusive for us. I had requested for a boat with two bedrooms only many times before booking.
But we were booked in a boat with FOUR bedrooms. And we were supposed to share the boat with another family.
That family had also booked a boat with two bedrooms only and did not want share it with anyone else. They created very unpleasant scene on the boat and had a shouting, abusive match with the boat manager.
After that we never felt very comfortable on the boat.
They were not told that there will be another family on the boat. And same here. I thought we will have to full boat just for us. 

I wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of us in Delhi. We had a wonderful time. 

As mentioned the entire trip to china was great. Your staff there handled us very well & always checked with us on the comfort, location & hotel etc. on the next destination for the previous one.
We were bit skeptical on china because of food & language but your guide never made us feel, she used to handle very well.
We thoroughly enjoyed the trip & bought back good memories. 

The trip ASRA planned for us (three weeks in northern and southern India) was perfectly organized and executed. From the moment Debashis picked us up in Delhi to the moment Govindaraj dropped us off at Chennai airport, every detail was smooth, all accommodations excellent, all transport great, and every problem anticipated and resolved.
